What does Vitamin D3 do?

How do I take it and how much should I take?

Place one drop below the tongue, hold in mouth for as long as you can, then swallow.

Take one drop per day which translates to 1,000 IU per drop. Do not exceed 4 drops daily.

Can you take too much vitamin D3?

It is generally recommended that you do not take more than 4,000 IU per day.  Consult a medical professional if you want to take more.
