Whilst we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible please note that the following situations may cause delays: severe weather, COVID-19 regulations and restrictions, and an increase in border controls.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Ireland: €3.95 or free shipping for orders over €75

Remaining EU Customs Union: €4.95 or free shipping for orders over €75

Orders within the EEA are usually delivered within 48 hours. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Alchemist of Eden is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Alchemist of Eden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
